Requirements
  • An Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience is required.
  • A minimum of 1–3 years of experience in a business or education environment is required.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and organizational skills are required.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills are required.
  • The candidate must be able to work sensitively with ethnically, culturally, and socially diverse students, staff, and faculty.
  • Strong computer skills are required, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, learning management systems, scheduling software, and artificial intelligence-related programs.
  • The candidate must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities
  • Support the operations of specific core courses, including managing email, scheduling student meetings, training student leaders, preparing supplies, posting materials in course management software, liaising with faculty teaching teams, troubleshooting business operations issues, processing financials and paperwork, assisting with programs, events, and simulations, managing course administration, and communicating program and committee information to faculty, students, staff, and other stakeholders.
  • Hire, train, and supervise student auditing and accounting mentors for the Foundations of Entrepreneurship and Management course.
  • Manage experiential learning email accounts, respond to inquiries promptly, and elevate issues to the Program Manager as needed.
  • Coordinate and support the use of behavioral assessment tools in the Foundations of Entrepreneurship and Management course.
  • Create and manage calendar scheduling systems for student appointments throughout the year.
  • Organize programs and events related to experiential learning programs.
  • Assist with regular office hours for student businesses.
  • Create and update resource documents for students and student businesses.
  • Manage within budget under the direction of the Program Manager.
  • Assume additional responsibilities as required.
Desired Qualifications
  • A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
  • Business coursework is helpful but not necessary.
  • Experience working with learning management systems and databases is desirable.
  • Experience maintaining SharePoint websites or an equivalent is desirable.
