Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in eLearning development, instructional design, and Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Experience developing courses using Articulate 360, Camtasia, and other authoring software.
  • Proven portfolio showcasing eLearning projects and design work.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design best practices.
  • Excellent administrative and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to effectively manage tasks, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines.
  • Good project management and organizational skills to balance the demands of multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with proficient written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
  • Monitor the configuration, performance, and utilization of the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure continuous operations and access for end users.
  • Manage LMS integrations with client systems.
  • Develop proper configuration of online training content through understanding of SCORM, browser and other eLearning support standards.
  • Provide administrative support through LMS Inbox/ticketing system by monitoring and responding appropriately and timely to emails and requests.
  • Provide support to users on LMS functionalities, including but not limited to troubleshooting technical issues, log-in/access, course registrations, and LMS navigation.
  • Manage the creation, assignments and maintenance of user accounts, groups, departments, roles, and permissions in the LMS.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, SMEs, content creators, and instructional designers to ensure learning materials are accessible and maintained in the LMS.
  • Ensure training records are processed in a timely manner, in accordance with policies and procedures.
  • Create and maintain LMS-related documentation, user guides and reference materials.
  • Generate and analyze reports on user assignment, engagement, and course completion.
  • With input from stakeholders, design and apply assessment tools to measure training effectiveness, track, and report outcomes.
  • Develop eLearning modules using content authoring tools to ensure interactive and engaging learning experiences.
  • Leverage graphic design tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, for creating visually appealing elements in eLearning courses.
  • Create various modalities of eLearning courses, including self-paced modules, simulations, and microlearning.
  • Collaborate with the L&D team and Subject Matter Experts (SMES) to identify learning objectives and design strategies.
  • Create and maintain content library, user guides and reference materials related to training.
