Requirements
  • 10+ years experience in strategic business development in the SaaS industry
  • 5+ years experience managing global business development and/or partner relations teams
  • Deep experience with developer platform, marketplace, and ecosystem strategies
  • Demonstrated track record of complex deal negotiation, building and scaling global partner programs, and joint business planning with partners
  • Financial / analytical acumen and familiarity with different commercial and monetization models
Responsibilities
  • Build and manage the Business Development team
  • Define global partnerships strategy and goals impacting key company KPIs
  • Oversight of partner lifecycle and experience
  • Advocate for partners as Notion evolves its product strategies
  • Accelerate outcomes of existing partner programs and evaluate new programs and partnership opportunities
  • Help scale partner channel, services, and cloud marketplace revenue
  • Manage strategic technical and business negotiations
