Citibank, N.A. seeks an Applications Development Senior Manager for its Tampa, Florida location.

Duties: Gather requirements from different upstream and downstream teams to deliver controls onboarding in Olympus OneOps platform, handling billions of market data transactions daily from hundreds of source systems. Design and develop End of the Day Marker and Unity Integration for all SORs (System of Records) with Authorized Redistributor of the organization. Design and develop first Technical Line of Defense for all source system sending data to Olympus including intra system and inter system. Design and develop platform and control dashboard to monitor platform health and process SLAs. Design and develop a process to capture and monitor real-time transaction monitoring for different asset classes. Build and develop a process to report anomalies of the volumes from various source system. Support data quality and data leakage issues from Olympus OneOps Platform. Notify downstream systems so as to expect delay and quality issues, in case of any issue from upstream source systems or during processing. Complete code review for new systems or data flow onboarding in Olympus OneOps Platform. Automate raising alert e-mails from the OneOps platform in case of any exceptions in day-to-day processing to reduce manual efforts. Code and configure the data quality rules in the platform by working with regulatory, business and compliance team. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.

Requirements: Requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science or related field and 4 years of progressively responsible, post-baccalaureate experience as an Applications Development Tech Lead Analyst, Applications Development Senior Programmer Analyst, or related position involving investment banking domain.4 of experience must include: Java, UI/UX; Big Data Technologies: Spark, SQL, Hive, Impala; Data Controls framework to track ongoing data and processing related issues; Markets data to build new controls in the application; Data analysis to profile large volume of data and find the pattern or trend of the data; Data quality to design and configure the data quality rules for Critical Data Elements attributes Business Intelligence Technologies: Tableau, Qlik.
