7 years to 10 years of Business Analyst experience in Payments projects
Knowledge of Payments systems and Payments messages (ISO20022, SWIFT, ACH, CHIPS, etc)
Experience working on development projects involving Mainframe, Java, Messaging Queues (these technologies) are must
Strong oral and written communication skills and advanced presentation skills
Should be capable of having C-Level Communications
Work closely with stakeholders to ensure each functional requirement is fulfilled
Based on business requirements conduct requirements analysis
Provide design services and architecture definition in collaboration with Architects
Understand the user and functional requirements as assigned by the Client Project Manager
Documentation of Business and Functional & Non Functional Requirements
Requirement elicitation
Perform impact analysis on system changes, batch processing's and work with business and IT for resolution
Design review and Traceability matrix
Development Support and Testing
Address functional queries from development & testing team
Conduct system/functional walk through for development, testing and business teams
Interface with business and IT for issue resolution
Functional testing, Solution assessment and validation
Support business with Go/No-go decisions
Prepare Software Release Note
Responsibilities
Provide business analysis on payments projects including elicitation, analysis, and documentation of business, functional and non-functional requirements
Conduct requirements analysis based on business requirements and translate into design and architecture in collaboration with Architects
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure each functional requirement is fulfilled and maintain traceability
Perform impact analysis on system changes and coordinate with business and IT for resolution
Participate in design reviews and ensure alignment with architecture and standards
Provide development support and assist in testing activities
Address functional queries from development and testing teams
Conduct system and functional walk-throughs for development, testing and business teams
Interface with business and IT for issue resolution
Support Go/No-Go decisions and release planning including preparation of Software Release Notes
Communicate with C-Level stakeholders as required
