Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field or equivalent work experience that provides exposure to fundamental theories, principles, and concepts.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Understand and address customer needs and preferences
  • Receive and process customer orders
  • Verify accuracy of order information and pricing
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
  • Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to orders
  • Assist sales team with administrative tasks and follow up on leads
  • Generate and send quotes to customers
  • Track and report sales data and trends
  • Collaborate with marketing team to support sales efforts
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and sales information in database
  • Track and report on sales metrics and performance
  • Analyze data to identify potential sales opportunities
  • Ensure data integrity and security in accordance with company policies
