Requirements
  • A Bac+2 qualification is required.
  • A first experience in administrative management and/or customer relations is expected.
  • Practical knowledge of customer communication techniques is required.
  • The candidate must be comfortable working with numerical data.
  • Knowledge of basic pension schemes and supplementary retirement rules is desirable.
  • Rigor, organization, analytical ability, customer-service orientation, interpersonal skills, and teamwork capability are required.
Responsibilities
  • Study and verify the admissibility of requests by opening and/or updating files.
  • Analyze the completeness of clients’ careers and benefit entitlements.
  • Check the completeness of supporting documents and request additional documents when necessary in compliance with regulations.
  • Calculate benefit entitlements and arrange payment of retirement benefits within the delegated authority.
  • Recover improperly paid benefits and initiate litigation procedures against individuals in accordance with Group procedures.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing customer contacts through the appropriate communication channels, including email, letters, face-to-face meetings, social networks, chat, online services, and telephone.
  • Contribute to the quality of relationships with clients and partners and to the achievement of the Complementary Retirement division’s objectives.

ThIA Santé Mentale raises $5.7M to scale mental health care with 9-day access

ThIA Santé Mentale has raised €5 million in a Series C round led by IRDI Capital Investissement, with participation from Sofilaro Innovation, Generali, AG2R La Mondiale, and individual investors via Tudigo. The company has supported over 30,000 patients and reduced average waiting times for psychiatric care to nine days. Founded in 2022 by Dr Yann Quintilla and Frédérique Mozziconacci, ThIA developed AviPsy, a coordinated care model between psychologists and psychiatrists. The platform has achieved a 38% reduction in anxiolytic consumption and 58% decrease in sick leave amongst patients. The funding will support territorial expansion, insurer partnerships, digital ecosystem development, and deployment of a remote monitoring medical device for preventing depressive relapses. ThIA aims to support over 100,000 patients annually by 2030.
