  • Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years in a nonprofit operational role with governance experience
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with our Legal team to understand the charitable landscape and manage effective documentation
  • Ensure compliance with foundation governance and requirements across various countries
  • Implement operational workflows and product solutions that meet complex requirements
  • Partner with the Nonprofit Operations team to enhance vetting processes for international considerations
  • Serve as the Secretariat for Foundation Boards, handling all administrative duties and correspondence
  • Manage due dates for filings, renewals, and registrations, maintaining the Foundation’s minute book
  • Provide periodic updates, maintain records, and report progress to the Board
  • Research and draft policies for legal review and Board approval
  • Align Foundations with best governance practices
