Responsibilities
  • Analyzing and documenting the impacts of a given request across organizations
  • Ensuring that business problems are well defined and documented
  • Identifying system and process controls needed to meet regulatory requirements
  • Identifying user scenarios and generating new or modified process workflows
  • Maintaining effective ongoing communications with stakeholders throughout the project
  • Facilitating meetings and requirements gathering workshops
  • Translating technical ideas and concepts into non-technical language
  • Applying analytical skills to evaluate and interpret complex business and technical situations
  • Identifying and recommending steps to resolve process or system issues
  • Working closely with business and technical stakeholders to elicit and define requirements for key projects
  • Meeting with project sponsors and domain experts to gain a solid understanding of the problems being addressed
  • Producing actionable technical requirements for use by development and QA teams
