Requirements
  • Have 1-5 years of product design experience
  • Show your work — a portfolio that demonstrates clear thinking, strong taste, and impact that you can actually speak to
  • Be genuinely curious about AI: experimenting with it, learning from it, and helping others do the same — not just nodding along to the trend
  • Move fluidly between detailed UI craft and higher-level product and systems thinking without losing the thread
  • Communicate clearly and collaborate openly — you know how to work with engineers and PMs in a way that feels like partnership, not handoff
Responsibilities
  • Own design projects end-to-end — from early discovery and fuzzy problem framing through final delivery and iteration
  • Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders to solve real, meaningful problems — not just make things look good
  • Apply AI to your own workflow and to the products you're designing, and help the rest of the design team do the same
  • Mentor and support other designers, giving them honest feedback, modeling good process, and helping them grow their confidence and craft
  • Hold both the detail and the system at once — sweating the UI while also thinking about patterns, consistency, and product strategy
  • Contribute to a design culture worth being part of: thoughtful critiques, useful documentation, and a bias toward learning out loud
Desired Qualifications
  • Have worked at a startup or agency and know what it means to ship in a fast, resource-constrained environment
  • Have experience with AI products or B2B SaaS
  • Have opinions about where AI is taking design — and can back them up with something more than vibes
  • Have helped non-designers understand and use design systems, AI tools, or new workflows
  • Bring a little delight into the work :)

Customers rank Workshop #1 in Internal Newsletter Software in G2 Spring 2026 reports. Seven #1 rankings reflect consistent feedback from internal communicators across usability, results, and relationships Omaha, Nebraska - March 25, 2026 - Workshop, the modern, purpose-built internal communications platform, has been ranked #1 in Internal Newsletter Software in G2's Spring 2026 reports, based entirely on verified customer reviews. The recognition spans multiple reports and segments, with Workshop earning seven #1 rankings across enterprise, mid-market, and overall categories. Across each of these reports, the pattern is consistent: internal communicators are not only adopting Workshop, but continuing to use it, see results, and recommend it to others. "We get a front-row seat to how hard internal comms teams are working - and how much better things run when they finally have the right tools. Seeing customers rank Workshop #1 across so many reports is incredibly meaningful, because it reflects real progress in their day-to-day work." - Liz Ketchman, Director of Customer Success, Workshop Workshop's rankings extend across the full experience of using the platform, including usability, implementation, results, and customer relationships. In the Spring 2026 reports, Workshop ranked #1 in the Enterprise Grid(R), Mid-Market Grid(R), and overall Grid(R) Reports for Internal Newsletter Software, along with top placements in the Enterprise Results, Usability, Implementation, and Relationship Indexes. That consistency shows up clearly in how customers describe their experience: "It's email-first approach streamlines the entire workflow. Creating messages is simple and distributing them is seamless." - Ananya M., Senior Employee and Executive Communications Manager, Dayforce The company also received multiple Leader recognitions this season, along with more than a dozen badges across categories. Workshop launches Ask Devin, a human-led advice column for internal communicators who need more than a chatbot

Workshop launches Ask Devin, a human-led advice column for internal communicators who need more than a chatbot. Workshop, the email-first internal communications platform, announced the launch of Ask Devin, a new advice column designed specifically for internal communicators navigating the messy, nuanced, and very human realities of their work. Ask Devin isn't powered by AI or scraped from best-practice blogs. And it's not copy-and-paste thought leadership, either. Instead, it's grounded in real experience from someone who's actually done the work. It's powered by Devin, an internal communicator who's spent years in the work, asking the hard questions, testing what actually works, and learning (sometimes the hard way) how internal comms really functions inside growing organizations. "Internal communications rarely has a perfect answer. Most of it lives in the gray," said Devin. "It's not just what you say, but the judgment behind it - when you say it, where it shows up, and how it really lands with employees. Ask Devin isn't about getting it right. It's about perspective, human judgment, and having a place to talk through the messy, nuanced realities of internal comms with people who've been there." A place for the questions that don't have clean answers. Ask Devin gives internal communicators a space to submit questions anonymously and receive thoughtful, practical advice rooted in real experience, not theory. Questions range from tactical ("How do I make my CEO's all-company update sound less robotic?") to strategic ("We're launching a new initiative... where do I even start?") to deeply human ("How do I know when I'm burned out versus just growing?"). In its first month, Ask Devin has already answered more than 30 questions from communicators across industries, surfacing recurring themes like AI adoption, channel overload, leadership voice, and burnout - all explored with honesty, nuance, and a healthy dose of humor. Human advice, not anti-ai. Ask Devin isn't positioned as a rejection of AI. In fact, Devin uses AI tools every day. The difference is intention. "AI is great at removing friction," said Devin. "But judgment, taste, and context still matter. Ask Devin exists to help communicators think through why something should be sent, not just how to write it faster." That human perspective makes Ask Devin a natural extension of Workshop's broader mission: helping internal communicators create clearer, more thoughtful communication and, ultimately, more happy Mondays. What communicators can expect. With Ask Devin, internal communicators can: * Submit questions anonymously (and share as much context as they want) * Explore a growing library of categorized Q&As * Get honest, practical advice grounded in real-world experience * Receive a monthly roundup of the most popular questions and answers * Feel a little less alone doing work that's often invisible - but deeply impactful About Workshop Workshop is the intelligent foundation for internal comms, bringing fragmented channels into one streamlined platform and giving comms and leadership teams the tools and analytics they need to communicate with clarity and impact. With powerful email, automation, and integrations that work seamlessly with Outlook, Gmail, HRIS tools, and platforms like Slack, Teams, and SharePoint, Workshop helps teams modernize their communications quickly.
