What believers are saying

  • West Virginia’s February 2024 portal and Illinois’s 2026 office page show live deployments.
  • Ready.net’s June 2025 financing added runway and signals investor support.
  • The February 2026 pricing page expanded into progress reporting, reimbursements, and compliance.

What critics are saying

  • BEAD portal software is becoming commoditized as states like Connecticut and Virginia launch portals.
  • Ready.net still depends heavily on federal BEAD timelines; delays compress revenue recognition.
  • If BEAD procurement shifts to incumbent GIS vendors, Ready.net’s niche could collapse quickly.

What makes Ready unique

  • Ready.net powers BEAD challenge portals, with West Virginia helpdesk branded ready.net.
  • Ready.net’s platform standardizes NTIA-compliant evidence, mapping, and rebuttal workflows for state broadband offices.
  • Ready.net now offers post-award BEAD execution tools, not just mapping and intake.
