Alumus is a healthcare management organization overseeing a network of senior-living and care providers. The network spans skilled nursing, rehabilitation, home health, hospice, palliative care, primary care, telehealth, and chronic-care management. Its operating model connects services intended to support older adults and families across care settings. Alumus is an integrated care-services platform rather than one facility, coordinating multiple provider organizations across residential care, post-acute treatment, home-based services, physician access, and the changing health needs of older adults.
