Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in a product marketing role.
  • A proven track record of developing product positioning and messaging.
  • Ability to translate consumer and clinical insight into strong brand messaging and creative concepts.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple workstreams and deadlines.
  • Experience working cross-functionally.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
  • Build deep expertise in ZIIP Skincare's products and science and act as the go-to product expert for internal teams, partners, and creators.
  • Develop clear product positioning and messaging that translate ingredients, clinical evidence, and benefits into reasons to buy.
  • Lead product marketing for launches, defining key messages, competitive positioning, and the go-to-market approach.
  • Develop campaign and creative briefs and work cross-functionally to deliver consistent product communication.
  • Use consumer insight, performance data, and market intelligence to test and refine messaging, positioning, and creative after launch.
  • Monitor skincare trends and competitor activity to keep ZIIP Skincare distinctive and relevant.
