The anticipated starting salary range for Baltimore, M.D. based individuals expressing interest in this position is $85,000.00/Yr. - $87,300.00/Yr.
Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities and location of the applicant, as well as internal and external equity.

Jess Dutra is leaving Baltimore and returning to the West Coast to be closer to family. So we’re looking for someone to join The Kramer Show to continue building our on-air and social media dominance.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit; use hands and fingers to handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Majority of work day will be spent sitting at broadcast board, speaking into a microphone and manipulating board controls. We are looking for talent that can work various shifts to include, nights/weekends, holidays, and cover for full-time talent as needed.
