Responsibilities
  • Owns product change management (PCM) and control
  • Unreleased product approval and control
  • Implementation of PCN with Global Product Support
  • Prepare change management packages for all customers
  • Participate in CES (Customer Engineering Special) and NSR (Non Standard Request) reviews
  • Initiate and drive CIPs for product improvement
  • Release Hardware CIP and options to structure tree
  • Implementation of component roadmaps, part obsolescence, replacements, and cost reduction
  • Facilitate intercompany communication and alignment on product strategies
  • Manage strategic vendor issues
  • Manage all changes to the product after release
  • Functional and business expertise
  • Leadership in projects with notable risk and complexity
  • Problem-solving for unique and complex problems
  • Influencing technical and commercial buyers
  • Creation of multi-year customer-facing roadmaps
