Requirements
  • Deep experience in a regulated financial services company
  • Experience in TPRM and ERM in TradFi and heavily metricized institutions
  • Analytical skills with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
  • Ability to create programs, policies, and procedures
  • Leadership skills to provide constructive feedback, engage with stakeholders, and prioritize effectively
Responsibilities
  • Overseeing the design, development, scaling, and maturity of the enterprise-wide TPRM and ERM functions
  • Designing, executing, and maturing the TPRM framework, vendor management program, and procurement across all Anchorage Digital businesses and entities
  • Designing, executing, and maturing the ERM framework, policies, and procedures across all Anchorage Digital businesses
  • Presenting TPRM and ERM reports to senior management, boards, and external stakeholders
  • Ensuring alignment and integration between initiatives, priorities, people, processes, and structures in the department and cross-departments
