- A High School Diploma or General Educational Development credential is required.
- No prior experience is required.
- Keen attention to detail is required.
- Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
- Answer multi-line telephone calls and transfer calls and messages to the appropriate personnel.
- Monitor the emergency notification system, respond immediately, and direct help to the emergency scene.
- Assist residents, guests, and visitors with questions or concerns.
- Direct marketing appointments and walk-ins and provide tours when necessary.
- Distribute mail and packages to residents and associates.
- Provide secretarial assistance to Administration as needed.
- Monitor and prepare visitor sign-in and sign-out logs.
- Comply with all policies and procedures and their updates.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- At least one year of customer service or administrative/clerical experience is preferred.
