- A Bachelor of Science or advanced degree in Occupational Therapy is required.
- A current state license or certification is required.

- Work as a member of a therapy team by providing support and information within the area of occupational therapy.
- Provide therapy services in skilled nursing facilities, outpatient facilities, long-term care facilities, and home health care settings.
- At least one year of rehabilitation experience is preferred.
