Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Directly manage and oversee all full-time ProCall Specialists in one or more markets across multiple locations.
  • Establish departmental goals aligned with store and company objectives.
  • Develop, implement, and enforce service standards, call-handling procedures, and performance expectations.
  • Direct workflow, prioritize tasks, and resolve operational challenges using independent judgment.
  • Monitor department performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and order accuracy.
  • Interview, hire, and onboard ProCall Specialists.
  • Provide training and ongoing development in product knowledge, sales effectiveness, and system proficiency.
  • Conduct formal performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
  • Administer corrective action, performance improvement plans, and disciplinary measures.
  • Make recommendations regarding promotions, compensation adjustments, and terminations.
  • Develop staffing plans and adjust schedules to meet business demands while managing labor costs.
  • Oversee order processing, parts identification, and customer communication.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, asset protection standards, and operational controls.
  • Analyze workflow processes and implement improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  • Manage escalated customer concerns and resolve complex or high-impact issues.
  • Collaborate with store leadership and other departments to align operational execution with sales strategies.
  • Own department performance metrics, including sales support, order accuracy, call response times, and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and manage labor allocation, overtime, and productivity standards.
  • Review sales trends, inventory reports, and order discrepancies to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Prepare and communicate performance reports to senior management.
  • Identify operational improvements that enhance profitability and customer retention.
  • Facilitate ongoing team training on product knowledge, systems, warranty processes, and sales practices.
  • Develop team members, improve individual performance, and prepare high-performing employees for advancement.
  • Foster accountability, collaboration, and recognition within the team.
  • Provide direct call support during peak periods or staffing shortages.
  • Assist with complex orders and technical product inquiries when needed.
  • Provide direct support to local-market reports, including travel of up to 30%.
