A bit about you
Reporting to the Director of Advertising & External Communications, the CRM Marketing Manager will lead our customer lifecycle efforts to nurture, convert and retain our pipeline of leads and current customers. This person will collaborate with teamsacross the organization to ensure that our messaging is accurate, compelling, and resonates with target personas according to the stage of their journey they are at.
You will:
- Map ideal customer journeys and lifecycle stages: define and document key stages of customer journeys post-lead generation. Develop and execute strategic initiatives tailored for each stage of the customer journey, which include lead nurturing, onboarding, expansion, and retention
- Segment customers based on their progression in the customer journey and other relevant signals, including technographic, firmographic, and intent data
- Create and continuously optimize email marketing programs that use customer behavior and signal data to drive revenue growth or prevent churn
- Create comprehensive reporting dashboards to measure campaign performance, detect trends, and inform strategic decisionsCollaborate with teams across the organization to ensure that campaign messaging is accurate, compelling, and resonates with target personas, reinforcing clear and meaningful communication.

- Comprehensive understanding of B2B qualification processes, sales methodologies, lead generation, and campaign management.
- At least 4 years of experience in B2B customer email marketing, preferably within an SaaS technology company.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to identify key levers for customer activation, nurturing, and retention.
- Email Marketing Expertise: Up-to-date with cutting-edge email marketing practices, and possessing strong copywriting and copy editing skills.
- Proficiency in Marketing Automation Tools: Expert knowledge of HubSpot for marketing automation, including audience segmentation and use of email templates, dynamic content, and landing pages.
- Upsell and Cross-sell Initiatives: Experience in driving upsell and cross-sell programs from inception through to implementation.
- Communication and Coordination: Strong skills in internal communication and cross-functional collaboration.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptionally detail-oriented and organized, with the capacity to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

The base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. Our compensation package also includes a comprehensive benefits platform offering and a company bonus. The salary range for this position is listed below.
Salary Range
$85,000—$115,000 USD
