Requirements
  • You must have 4 or more years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a hospital environment.
  • You must have experience in an Intensive Care Unit, Critical Care Unit, Emergency Room, Operating Room, Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, and/or Pediatric Intensive Care Unit setting.
  • You must have a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree or equivalent licensure to practice nursing as a Registered Nurse, and provide verification of a current, active license.
  • You must be able to successfully perform the minimum physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements for the clinical position, with or without accommodation.
  • You must be able to work in an office or home office and/or remote setting, as well as in a hospital or healthcare environment, and adhere to applicable requirements.
  • You must be able to work flexible hours based on business needs.
  • You must be able to wear all required personal protective equipment.
  • You may be required to comply with vendor credentialing.
  • US work authorization is a precondition of employment; candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa now or in the future will not be considered.
  • You must reside in or within commuting distance of Tampa, Sarasota, or Orlando, Florida.
Responsibilities
  • Serve as a clinical resource to Philips Hospital Patient Monitoring customers and work with field service, sales, and project management organizations throughout multiphase implementation and go-live processes, maintaining relationships with internal partners and customers to support successful implementation teams.
  • Understand customer goals and develop plans supporting clinical solutions implementation and usage, delivering consultative, advanced clinical services focused on workflows and optimization.
  • Manage clinical aspects of implementations, including assessing workflows, evaluating education needs, creating education plans, determining custom configuration requirements, planning and delivering equipment and application education, supporting first customer use, encouraging ongoing adoption of change, and optimizing complex monitoring solutions.
  • Understand clinical implications of technical implementations, including networks and clinical informatics systems, and apply product and clinical knowledge to troubleshoot and solve problems.
  • Travel approximately 90% across the district, with average daily driving time of 1–4 hours; occasional overnight stays and travel by air, train, or bus may be required. Provide further support across the zone and occasional national travel as needed.
Desired Qualifications
  • Prior clinical training and adult education delivery experience is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of Philips IntelliVue monitoring equipment and applications is preferred.
  • Certified Technical Trainer Plus (CTT+) and/or Virtual Certified Technical Trainer Plus (VCTT+) certification is preferred.
