Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in the restaurant industry.
  • Knowledge of Asian cuisine is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of HACCP standards.
  • Ability to manage a team, organize work, prioritize tasks, and handle stressful situations.
  • Commercial awareness and a strong team-oriented approach.
Responsibilities
  • Ensure production runs smoothly while following company standards.
  • Master all recipes and ensure production quality.
  • Participate in creating new dishes.
  • Master culinary preparation, sushi creation, and manufacturing techniques.
  • Cut whole fish and complete the tracking log.
  • Follow HACCP rules.
  • Manage supplies and inventory and receive orders.
  • Manage and lead the stand team.
  • Propose ideas for menus, the menu card, and monthly offers.
  • Train the team and ensure members are informed about new processes and recipes.
Desired Qualifications
  • Knowledge of Asian cuisine.
