About the job
- At least 5 years of experience in the restaurant industry.
- Knowledge of Asian cuisine is advantageous.
- Knowledge of HACCP standards.
- Ability to manage a team, organize work, prioritize tasks, and handle stressful situations.
- Commercial awareness and a strong team-oriented approach.
- Ensure production runs smoothly while following company standards.
- Master all recipes and ensure production quality.
- Participate in creating new dishes.
- Master culinary preparation, sushi creation, and manufacturing techniques.
- Cut whole fish and complete the tracking log.
- Follow HACCP rules.
- Manage supplies and inventory and receive orders.
- Manage and lead the stand team.
- Propose ideas for menus, the menu card, and monthly offers.
- Train the team and ensure members are informed about new processes and recipes.
- Knowledge of Asian cuisine.
