Simplify's Take

What believers are saying

  • LSA posted 2026 openings for estimators, schedulers, and D.C. cost managers.
  • Its website updated August 2026 highlights ongoing transit and school engagement.
  • California DVBE incentives keep LSA relevant whenever agencies score certification in awards.

What critics are saying

  • Private-market diversification is weak; California public procurement swings can hit 2026 revenue.
  • LinkedIn shows only five current jobs, signaling a small bench against bigger consultancies.
  • If school and transit capital pipelines stall, LSA's niche could compress sharply.

What makes Leland Saylor Associates unique

  • LSA's DVBE certification strengthens bids on California public projects through 2026.
  • Its 30-plus years and thousands of school, civic, and transit projects build trust.
  • Specialized estimating for airports, rail, and justice facilities fits complex public owners.
