A bachelor's degree or above in Technical, Engineering, Science, Design, or Business fields.
At least 5 years of relevant experience in technical program management.
Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, including Microsoft Project or similar tools.
Intermediate knowledge of engineering concepts, including system/device behavior and failure analysis.
Ability to communicate verbally and in writing, listen actively, exercise judgment, apply analytical skills, negotiate, and solve problems with internal and external stakeholders.
Interest in photography and how camera systems work.
Ability to work across intercultural and interdisciplinary contexts and adapt in a changing environment.

The Role
As a Product Program Manager at Polaroid, you will be fully responsible for executing project planning. Including controlling the schedule, cost, quality, regulatory and safety targets together with all relevant stakeholders during the product development. You’ll need to have a strong understanding of the product development process, alongside hands-on experience in product realization. Strong cross-organizational collaboration and exceptional project management skills are imperative, enabling success in our fast-paced, innovative environment. Also, you will collaborate closely with our Product Manager, Industrial Design, and other Product Development teams located in Amsterdam, London, and Taipei. Your role may also interact with external engineering partners in Asia and Europe, so you are excited to learn about different engineering subjects and grasp the new design concepts.
