MicroVision, a leader in advanced perception solutions for industrial, security and defence, and automotive applications, has announced the launch of a proposed public offering. The company will offer units consisting of one share of common stock (or pre-funded warrant) and one warrant to purchase one share of common stock. WestPark Capital is acting as exclusive placement agent on a reasonable best-efforts basis. MicroVision expects to use the net proceeds for general corporate purposes, including working capital and capital expenditures. The offering is being made pursuant to a registration statement on Form S-3, which was declared effective by the Securities and Exchange Commission on 15 July 2026. The final terms will depend on market and other conditions at the time of pricing.
MicroVision, a Redmond-based developer of advanced perception solutions, has appointed Christine Chambers as chief financial officer, effective 27 August 2026. Chambers brings over 20 years of financial leadership experience in publicly traded and high-growth technology companies. She most recently served as chief financial officer at Fusemachines, a Nasdaq-listed enterprise artificial intelligence company. Previously, she held CFO positions at PetMed Express and RealNetworks, both Nasdaq-listed companies, and senior finance roles at Rosetta Stone. As CFO, Chambers will lead MicroVision's global finance organisation and support the company's strategic priorities as it expands commercialisation of its lidar, perception software and semiconductor technologies. Chief executive officer Glen DeVos said Chambers brings "deep public company experience, strong financial leadership, and a growth-oriented mindset" as the company works to convert technology and customer opportunities into long-term value.
