  • Develop and manage effective programs for occupational health, safety, ergonomics, industrial hygiene, and fleet safety
  • Manage the Department of Transportation registration and compliance program for all drivers
  • Educate, motivate, and train warehouse/distribution leaders and associates on safety procedures
  • Oversee PPE and safety equipment programs
  • Administer training for mobile equipment operation
  • Support workers' compensation program
  • Manage auto insurance program
  • Develop and implement programs to prevent occupational injuries and illnesses
  • Coordinate EHS and fleet safety education and training programs
  • Stay updated on health and safety regulations
  • Maintain OSHA 300 log
  • Accompany inspectors during site visits
  • Develop audit programs for compliance
  • Serve as subject matter expert on safety reporting tools
  • Track and report site safety KPIs
  • Provide coaching and leadership to EHS team
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
