Requirements
  • A master's degree in a clinical mental health field.
  • An active state license such as Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, or Psychologist.
  • Competence in substance abuse assessment.
  • Experience with workplace behavioral health.
Responsibilities
  • Provide assessment, short-term counseling, referral, and follow-up.
  • Conduct intake and obtain a signed Statement of Understanding.
  • Maintain case notes and comply with confidentiality regulations.
  • Respond to emergency counseling needs 24/7.
  • Work with diverse employee populations across Nuclear Regulatory Commission regions.
