  • Improve journeys such as onboarding, search, commerce, booking, pet profiles, loyalty, account management, and self-service, applying mobile app expertise where relevant.
  • Define customer-facing and integration requirements, including business rules, states, errors, notifications, and service hand-offs.
  • Ensure solutions meet privacy, security, accessibility, performance, and support requirements, including App Store and Google Play guidelines where applicable.
  • Translate product outcomes into understood customer, business, and delivery requirements, working with design, engineering, and delivery partners to determine the appropriate level of product documentation.
  • Coordinate design and technical alignment, UAT, release readiness, app store submissions where relevant, launch communications, adoption planning, and operational handover with clear support ownership.
  • Define analytics requirements and monitor post-release performance against agreed success measures, including adoption, engagement, conversion, retention, customer satisfaction, and operational impact.
  • Maintain an evidence-led optimisation pipeline using behavioural data, customer feedback, app reviews, support contacts, and frontline insight; feed learnings into roadmap decisions.
  • Use AI and automation where appropriate to accelerate discovery, synthesis, prototyping, requirements, testing, documentation, and stakeholder communication, applying appropriate human judgement, governance, and responsible-use controls.

Desired Qualifications
