Requirements
- Previous Microsoft technology sales experience.
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Cloud and Power BI.
- Understanding of sales performance metrics.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail, data analysis, and analytical skills.
- Ability to integrate consulting on Microsoft solutions and offerings in support of organizations’ business needs.
- Experience working with information technology systems to support data collection.
- Ability to work independently and apply independent judgment to accomplish objectives.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Required language: English.
- Willingness to work in a global environment with different cultures and languages.
- Willingness to relocate.
Responsibilities
- Manage and execute the activities required to perform Solution Assessments for Microsoft-managed customers, including starting the data collection phase under a tele-assisted model.
- Perform remote installation, configuration, and execution of discovery tools.
- Collect and troubleshoot data, analyze the data, and create the Solution Assessment deliverable.
- Manage and execute the activities required to perform a Solution Assessment in each account.
- Maintain close contact with existing accounts or leads and create brand awareness regarding Solution Assessments.
- Coordinate remote meetings and calls between leads and the extended Sales Team.
- Manage an accurate Solution Assessment business forecast.
- Maintain a clear action plan and update the case activity log for active Solution Assessments.
Desired Qualifications
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900).
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals (MS-900).
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (CRM) (MB-910).
