Responsibilities
  • Own Your Outreach: Lead multi-channel prospecting efforts with a heavy emphasis on cold calling, supported by strategic email and LinkedIn activity. Identify and engage organizations with 250+ employees, uncovering business pain points and positioning Sprocket's solutions to meet their cybersecurity needs.
  • Qualify and Advance the Pipeline: Conduct discovery conversations with prospects to qualify opportunities using BANT methodology. Schedule and coordinate handoffs to Account Executives, and stay actively involved throughout the sales cycle to develop a deep understanding of the full sales process — with a clear path toward becoming a full-cycle AE.
  • Partner with Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team on a daily basis, contributing to event strategy, outbound messaging, and campaign direction. Serve as the voice of the prospect - bringing field insights back to marketing to sharpen positioning and improve outreach effectiveness.
  • Represent Sprocket in the Community: Attend industry events including RSA, CypherCon, BSides, and others as needed. Build relationships with prospects and peers in person, and grow your presence in the cybersecurity community as a trusted representative of Sprocket Security.

Sprocket Security has launched Apex, an AI penetration testing agent for continuous web application security testing. The agent autonomously discovers exploitable vulnerabilities at machine speed whilst operating under human supervision. Apex leverages Sprocket's attack surface management platform, built since 2018, which contains customer assets, tech stacks, testing history and previous findings. The agent tests against OWASP Top 10 categories and chains vulnerabilities into attack paths demonstrating real exploitable impact. Human testers validate all findings before publication.
