About the team
The Global Agency Partnerships team’s mission is to accelerate revenue growth across Roku’s largest advertisers and agencies through the development of innovative partnerships that unlock the full power of the Roku ecosystem. This team builds partnerships that offer both commercial and strategic advantages, by developing scaled programs across education, data/insights, co-created ad solutions, inventory curation, content development and beyond.
About the role
As a key member of the Global Agency Partnerships team, the US Agency Partnerships Lead should be an experienced and strategic advertising professional with significant experience within programmatic, entertainment and agency-based businesses. Reporting directly to the Director of US Agency Partnerships, you will drive adoption of Roku Advertising through the development and execution of strategic partnerships with leading US Agency clients. This role will focus on fostering relationships, creating value-driven partnerships, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver measurable results.
For New York Only - The estimated annual salary for this position is between $189,000 - $284,000 annually.Compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, certifications, and specific geographical location.

What you’ll be doing
- Lead efforts to drive the adoption of Roku Advertising by developing strategic partnerships with key Holding Companies and leading U.S. Independent Agencies
- Develop, negotiate, activate and maintain US partnerships across assigned agencies
- Identify strategic areas of growth opportunity that mutually support Roku and Partner business priorities
- In collaboration with several Roku teams, establish new agency partnership strategy inclusive of commercial incentives and strategic value adds
- Cultivate key executive relationships through a consultative approach to build trust, preference, and influence towards Roku
- Maximize influence and expand coverage through an always-on partnership strategy anchored in consistent touchpoints throughout the course of the year (QBRs, Education Days, Thought Leadership)
- Orchestrate cross-functional internal stakeholders to address centralized partner needs beyond investment (Programmatic, Measurement, Commerce, Sports, Data, Content)
- Establish cadence for sharing partnership pacing with key stakeholders internally and externally
- Responsible for delivering partnership SVAs to assigned agency
- Deeply understand the agency structure, priorities and their business needs, finding new ways to articulate these as commercial and strategic constructs to increase their profitability
- Lead the annual Upfront negotiation with assigned agency, serving as the central voice of Roku internally/externally
We’re excited if you have
- 10+ years of relevant experience in sales + partnerships within digital advertising, digital video and premium publishing preferred
- Programmatic experience and comfortability speaking to various activation methods
- Proven experience in partnership development
- Strong strategic thinking and the ability to align business objectives with client priorities
- A combination of data, technology, and product expertise
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with a track record of successfully managing senior-level client relationships
- Experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product and other internal teams to deliver business outcomes
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, particularly in leading client-facing discussions such as QBRs
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
