Requirements
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in sales + partnerships within digital advertising, digital video and premium publishing preferred

Responsibilities
  • Lead efforts to drive the adoption of Roku Advertising by developing strategic partnerships with key Holding Companies and leading U.S. Independent Agencies
  • Develop, negotiate, activate and maintain US partnerships across assigned agencies
  • Identify strategic areas of growth opportunity that mutually support Roku and Partner business priorities
  • In collaboration with several Roku teams, establish new agency partnership strategy inclusive of commercial incentives and strategic value adds
  • Cultivate key executive relationships through a consultative approach to build trust, preference, and influence towards Roku
  • Maximize influence and expand coverage through an always-on partnership strategy anchored in consistent touchpoints throughout the course of the year (QBRs, Education Days, Thought Leadership)
  • Orchestrate cross-functional internal stakeholders to address centralized partner needs beyond investment (Programmatic, Measurement, Commerce, Sports, Data, Content)
  • Establish cadence for sharing partnership pacing with key stakeholders internally and externally
  • Responsible for delivering partnership SVAs to assigned agency
  • Deeply understand the agency structure, priorities and their business needs, finding new ways to articulate these as commercial and strategic constructs to increase their profitability
  • Lead the annual Upfront negotiation with assigned agency, serving as the central voice of Roku internally/externally
