Requirements
  • Education – bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience – 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrate familiarity or relevant experience and ability to perform under Hanford or other government agency procedures.
  • Identification of any conflicts, potential conflicts, or perceived conflicts of interest with any Hanford Site contractors.
  • Fully vaccinated against COVID, a granted exception to vaccination for COVID, or able to meet entry and testing requirements for entrance and work in federal buildings.
  • U.S. Citizenship Required - You must be a United States Citizen
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Products (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, & Adobe)
  • All ProSidian staff must be determined eligible for a “Facility Access Authorization”
  • May be required to complete a Financial Disclosure Statement
  • Must be able to submit to and qualify for varying levels of background investigative requirements, up to a Top Secret or DOE "Q" clearance.
  • TRAVEL: Occasional travel may be required to attend meetings, events, site visits, or other training requirements.
  • LOCATION: Work shall be conducted at or in proximity to The Hanford Eastern Washington (Tri-Cities - Kennewick | Pasco | Richland) Area
Responsibilities
  • Lead in the coordination and organized tracking of responses and data for audits performed by the U.S. Government Accountability Office (GAO) and the DOE Office of Inspector General (OIG). Effectively communicate with and provide data to the audit lead office, GAO, and OIG.
  • Ensure all responses and documents to the audit lead office, GAO, and OIG are reviewed in advance by the appropriate DOE staff, are completed in a timely and accurate manner, and consist of the proper legal language and markings.
  • Assist in ensuring responses are understandable, comprehensive, and address the request in the time frames specified. Responses and documents are not written by the contractor employees.
  • Provide expert support to the AC and DOE Hanford management in interactions between DOE Hanford Federal staff and contractors, GAO, OIG, Headquarters (HQ) Office of the Chief Financial Officer, HQ Office of Environmental Management, and other DOE departmental elements.
  • Proactively advise AC on significant issues directly or indirectly related to DOE Hanford.
  • Facilitate, track and report, on multiple audits at once, on the entire process from initiation of the audit to completion of corrective actions.
  • Provide daily status reports, as requested.
  • Coordinate audit meetings and site visits for interviews.
  • Assist with coordinating Hanford Site tours.
  • Review with understanding GAO and OIG publicly issued final reports and HQ weekly status reports.
  • Prepare summaries, as requested, of GAO and OIG publicly issued final reports for AC and DOE Hanford management for the purpose of lessons learned.
  • Analyze, identify, and communicate current trends or issues to AC and DOE Hanford management and recommend resolution options, as appropriate.
  • Develop weekly status reports on GAO and OIG audits and quarterly status reports on GAO and OIG corrective actions, as requested.
  • Coordinate quarterly Departmental Audit Report Tracking System (DARTS) status update reports and other required DARTS action reports for DOE Hanford related actions.
  • Obtain electronic concurrence in the DOE Hanford concurrence system, as appropriate, for draft and final audit reports, requests for information and narrative responses, and quarterly DARTS status update reports and other required DARTS action reports.
  • Attend and participate, in audit coordination, resolution and follow-up meetings and related trainings.
