- Prior experience working with young children, ideally in early childhood education, youth coaching, camp leadership, or a similar setting.
- Ability to confidently and independently manage a class from the first day.
- Ability to adapt lessons creatively to meet the needs of different classes.
- Reliable, organized, self-motivated, and comfortable helping build a new program.
- Hands-on experience working with young children, especially children ages 1–6.
- Own reliable transportation with enough space to transport sports equipment.
- Availability on weekday and some weekend mornings, with afternoon flexibility preferred.
- Willingness to obtain CPR, First Aid, and SafeSport certifications.
- Soccer coaches must be willing to pursue a U.S. Soccer Grassroots license after hire.
- Lead movement-based sports classes for children ages 1–10 using the company curriculum while adding personal creative input.
- Engage children immediately and manage class dynamics confidently and independently.
- Represent the brand in schools, daycares, and community events.
- Build relationships with families and school staff to support enrollment growth.
- Help establish the company’s presence and operations in the Colorado Springs territory.
- Support outreach at events and schools to generate sign-ups.
- Experience working with children ages 1–6 is especially preferred.
- Afternoon availability is a plus.
- Interest in helping grow the program through outreach and enrollment efforts.
