TSC is seeking a Experienced Combat Systems Engineer, in King George, VA This position supports the Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division.

Responsibilities:
The position will focus leading current and future radar system design and production. The position will support technology developments, technology insertions, prototyping and technology demonstrations in support of a mission critical and highly visible new program. Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
Performing complex radar system engineering, design, analysis, or sensor software development.
Experienced in formulating opinions, decisions and ultimate performance of the engineering tasks associated with the radar/sensor program/project.
Perform detailed and complex calculations and knowledge of practices/principles necessary to assess advanced radar systems concepts, assess specifications and perform system integration.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, computer or electronics engineering. Other acceptable majors include mathematics, computer science or physics.
A minimum of 4 years industry and/or DoD experience (2 years with accredited master’s degree)
Experience with operations at the Combat Systems Engineering and Test facility up in NJ run by LMCO (also know as the Cruiser in the Corn Field).
Ability to read and understand or modify master and inch stone schedules as they apply to testing, development and into production
A minimum of active secret clearance and US Citizenship required
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience and ability to perform detailed complex calculations and knowledge of practices/principles necessary to assess advanced radar systems concepts, assess specifications and perform system integration
