  • Must be Bilingual (Spanish), verbal and written communication
  • 2-4 years of professional experience working with clients
  • Success in contribution to the growth of client’s bottom lines a plus

Responsibilities
  • Grow an existing set of clients and deliver against their stated goals and objectives
  • Function as an evangelist with enterprise clients, driving more adoption
  • Coordinate with other functions at Koddi to ensure client programs are successful and needs are met
  • Analyze program performance and client needs to optimize delivery of services and solutions
  • Serve as an internal voice of the client, gathering and documenting business needs
  • Identify and advocate for product and service changes that contribute to both the client's and Koddi’s success at-large
