About the job
- A Master 2, a business school qualification, or a university qualification.
- At least 2 years of experience in recruitment and/or talent sourcing; experience in market finance and/or technology environments is an advantage.
- Ability to work toward objectives and pursue challenges.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Identify and attract candidates through job boards, social networks, and sourcing.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including telephone and in-person interviews, candidate support, organizing assessments, negotiating salary terms, and drafting and signing employment contracts.
- Coach consultants throughout their career journey and support their development.
- Follow up regularly with new consultants through various check-ins to support their integration, well-being, and success.
- Recruit technical, functional, and project management profiles.
- Experience in recruitment or talent sourcing in a market finance and/or technology environment.
