Requirements
  • Operate espresso machines, grinders, brewers, and point-of-sale systems accurately and carefully.
  • Maintain hygiene, sanitation, and food safety in compliance with local regulations and hotel policies.
  • Follow opening, closing, and shift-change procedures.
  • Adhere to IHG and brand-specific service guidelines and luxury service cues.
  • Maintain supplies at required par levels.
Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve specialty coffees, teas, mocktails, and luxury café beverages to brand standards.
  • Provide engaging, personalized service that anticipates guest needs.
  • Share knowledge of beans, brewing methods, and origins with guests.
  • Create a welcoming atmosphere aligned with the hotel’s luxury identity and service culture.
  • Prepare beverages consistently and present them elegantly.
  • Keep work areas, display cases, and equipment clean, organized, and visually appealing.
  • Assist with menu refinement, specialty drink development, and seasonal offerings.
  • Work with the Food & Beverage team, Guest Relations, and Culinary departments to provide seamless service.
  • Communicate guest preferences and feedback to management to improve service quality.
  • Support the team during peak service times.
