  • Use artificial intelligence-powered research to develop a data-driven perspective on prospects, including financial performance, innovation and technology objectives, competitive pressures, and decision-making stakeholders.
  • Identify each prospect's key performance indicator objectives and performance gaps, then position the platform as a results-driven solution.

Desired Qualifications
  • Post-secondary education is preferred.
  • Depth in either acute healthcare or higher education market expertise, with the ability to ramp up quickly in the other market, is expected; fluency in both markets is a strong advantage.

  • Familiarity with integrated delivery network, health-system, and group purchasing organization landscapes and purchasing processes.

  • Ability to articulate value to clinical, operational, and financial stakeholders in acute-care settings.
  • Knowledge of campus dining operations and auxiliary or business-services purchasing environments.
  • Understanding of self-operated versus contract-managed foodservice models, including Aramark, Sodexo, and Compass, and how these affect technology decisions.
  • Familiarity with academic budgeting and fiscal-year timing that drive purchasing windows.
  • Ability to connect platform value to student satisfaction, dining-program goals, and operational cost control.
  • Prior foodservice or nutrition-services software experience and knowledge of healthcare or higher-education dining environments are strong advantages.
