- Code quickly and with few defects, using coding assistants such as Copilot, Cursor, and Windsurf.
- Design product features, propose product improvements, identify suitable technical strategies, and apply Lean delivery practices.
- Work as part of a small team with a tech lead and product manager, and progress toward taking on a tech-lead role to share knowledge with developers.
- Be willing to develop in an environment that encourages ongoing learning, teamwork, and initiative.
- Be interested in training in Lean and Agile development and management methods.
