Requirements
  • 4-6+ years of financial services experience in a financial institution or consultancy
  • Bachelor's degree, in finance, economics, accounting, or a related discipline
  • Knowledge of a range of financial products, bank balance sheet including RWA highly preferred
  • Strong analytic, writing and presentation skills, including ability to summarize complex business problems and detailed analysis with clarity and brevity
  • Solid attention to detail, problem-solving, and project management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word / PowerPoint / Excel)
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to changing business needs
  • Ability to work on multiple projects under a compressed timeline
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability for work
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work autonomously

Responsibilities
  • Perform research and analysis related to topics such as capital, balance sheet, and RWA from historical financial data and projections, including peers, to support decision-making
  • Interpret data, identify trends and inconsistencies through research and recommend solutions based on analysis
  • Collaborate within the team and with cross-functional teams to prepare materials for senior management, governance committees and/or Board;
  • Assist with the production of presentation materials and/or updates of policy documents to clearly communicate capital policy and capital resources capacities proposals, among others;
  • Help with managing governance requirements for the Citigroup Capital Committee (EMT-level committee) and associated governance forums’ and ensure compliance with firmwide Standards;
  • Coordinate the quarterly control assessment process and associated reviews and approvals with Capital Management owners;
  • Coordinate and liaise with businesses and functions to educate and garner support for project initiatives; and
  • Contribute and support other cross-functional group projects and initiatives.

  • Implements workflow or process change and redesign and uses a thorough comprehensive knowledge of the specific function.
