What believers are saying

  • Graduates rotate across disciplines: the Project Engineer Program covers project management, field management, and preconstruction.
  • Holiday time includes flexibility: the benefits package lists 12 paid holidays, including floating days and extended weekends.
  • Family support spans two routes: employees receive paid parental leave and financial assistance for adoption.

What critics are saying

  • Graduate schedules extend beyond office hours: Richmond project engineers must accept early mornings and evenings as projects require.
  • Graduate work includes mobility: the Richmond project engineer posting flags periodic travel requirements.
  • Summer internships require substantial availability: Richmond applicants must pursue a related degree and commit approximately 40 hours weekly.
