Payroll Supervisor
About the job
- A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
- Five to seven years of relevant payroll operations experience, including at least two years in a supervisory role, is required.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processing, salary structures, compensation, benefits, and final settlements is required.
- A good understanding of Egyptian labor law, income tax regulations, and social insurance requirements is required.
- Experience handling payroll for a large workforce is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HRMS/payroll systems is required.
- Supervise the monthly payroll process to ensure accurate and timely salary payments for all employees.
- Review and verify payroll inputs, including attendance, overtime, leaves, bonuses, allowances, deductions, and salary adjustments.
- Ensure payroll calculations are accurate and comply with company policies and applicable Egyptian labor laws.
- Oversee employee payroll records and maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date documentation.
- Monitor attendance and leave records and coordinate with HR and school administration to resolve discrepancies.
- Manage payroll-related taxes, social insurance contributions, and other statutory deductions in accordance with applicable regulations.
- Review final settlements for resigned and terminated employees, ensuring accurate calculations and timely processing.
- Experience in the education or preschool sector is an advantage.
- Experience with Menaitech is an advantage.
