  • Experience as a trainer specializing in sales personas
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluency in live and content delivery tools (Zoom, Google Suite, Kahoot, Mentimeter, Canva)
Responsibilities
  • Delivering engaging training programs for the Go-to-Market (GTM) Onboarding Program
  • Being the primary resource for new hire onboarding sessions
  • Creating and maintaining comprehensive guides for training delivery
  • Collaborating with instructional designers to ensure training content meets different learning styles
  • Designing and delivering a Train-the-Trainer program
  • Supporting reinforcement programs related to session subject matter
  • Maintaining an updated repository of session recordings
  • Delivering sessions for various time zones in EMEA or APAC
  • Delivering/designing non-onboarding sessions for continuous development of existing sellers and customer experience teams
