Have 2–4 years of experience working in a sales environment with face-to-face customer contact.
Have an interest in working in a Catholic environment; applicants of all faiths and backgrounds are welcome.
Demonstrate interpersonal and communication skills, including compassionate care in person and by telephone.
Have strong organization and time-management skills.
Have bilingual Spanish skills in speaking and writing.
Be proficient with computers, software, and technology.
Have a valid driver's license.
