Responsibilities
  • Sustaining and value engineering of existing designs
  • Conduct experiments and analyze data to develop new products or improve existing ones
  • Project Execution: support quoting to set appropriate budgets for electrical engineering

  • Project Management: Lead and manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met
  • Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support to customers and colleagues, answering inquiries and troubleshooting issues
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends to provide expert technical advice
  • Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians
  • Safety and Environmental Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures in the design and operation of chemical processes
  • Develop and implement plans to minimize the environmental impact of chemical processes
  • Participate in audits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team, providing guidance, feedback, and support
  • Set goals and KPIs for team members and monitor performance
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment
  • Develop and implement training programs to keep team members updated on trends and strategies
