  • Bachelor's degree or higher in business administration, finance, or related field
  • 6-10 years of experience in real estate management, strong emphasis on lease administration
  • Proficiency in CoStar Real Estate Manager, SAP, Coupa, and advanced Excel
  • Experience with Tableau is preferred
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Proven track record of successful negotiation and strategic planning
  • Manage and optimize the lease portfolio using CoStar Real Estate Manager software to ensure compliance with all lease terms and conditions
  • Perform critical date management, tracking renewals, expirations, and other key lease milestones
  • Conduct quality control of lease abstractions performed by our outside lease administration provider
  • Oversee monthly lease payment processing and reconciliation, ensuring accuracy and timely execution
  • Support the Director of Global Real Estate with planning and execution of real estate transactions, including lease negotiations, acquisitions, and dispositions
  • Collaborate with procurement, legal and operations teams to ensure all transactions comply with regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Prepare detailed Total Cost of Occupancy reports for all global locations, in collaboration with the Lease Accounting, Facilities, and Construction Project Management teams
  • Assist in managing and allocating the budget for capital improvements within leased spaces or tenant areas
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to integrate real estate strategy with broader organizational objectives
  • Utilize financial analysis tools in Excel and data analytics platforms like Tableau to create reports that support strategic decision-making
  • Perform other duties as required/assigned by manager
