Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations is required.
The role requires mobility to tour and inspect apartments and communities, including climbing stairs or squatting, and prolonged periods of sitting, walking, or standing, brief periods of stooping, and repetitive hand and wrist motion from computer use.
Responsibilities
Contact prospects and provide information about the community.
Set appointments for tours of the property and target apartments or model units.
Use CRM-Knock to generate and maximize traffic.
Verify apartment availability and pricing for accuracy.
Assist prospects with applying online.
Coordinate with onsite teams regarding apartments being toured and tour routes.
Listen to resident and prospect requests, complaints, and comments.
Partner with the Marketing team on marketing initiatives.
Complete market surveys.
Complete monthly training.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Desired Qualifications
Some college-level education is preferred.
Bilingual Spanish language ability is preferred.
One-Site experience is preferred.

Minimum Qualifications:
