About the Job

Requirements

  • Experience in cleaning is required.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to hygiene standards are required.
  • Physical fitness and ability to perform manual tasks, including cleaning, lifting, and moving equipment, are required.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment are required.
  • A Category B driver's license is required.
  • English is required.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding cleaning work for most of the shift, including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stretching, and repetitive movements, is required.
  • Willingness to work inside vehicles, including confined and elevated spaces, and outdoors around the fleet is required.
  • Ability to lift, move, or carry cleaning equipment, vacuums, hoses, chemical products, or kits weighing up to 15 kg is required.
  • Safe handling of cleaning products and chemicals, including disinfectants, cleaners, stain removers, glass cleaners, and surface treatments, is required; training will be provided.
  • Compliance with company safety guidelines when handling chemical products is required.
  • Willingness to work outdoors in varying temperatures and weather conditions is required.
  • Ability to maintain cleaning quality and speed during high workloads and peak season is required.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and seasonal peak periods is required.
  • Ability to adapt at short notice to operational needs, such as urgent assignments or additional cleaning tasks, is required.

Responsibilities

  • Clean and maintain vehicle interiors and exteriors according to hygiene and quality standards.
  • Prepare campervans with required kits, bedding, and optional extras to ensure readiness for bookings and check-in/check-out processes.
  • Inspect returned vehicles for cleanliness, missing items, or damage, and report issues for follow-up.
  • Manage inventory and consumable supplies, including receiving, storing, organizing, and reporting shortages or damage.
  • Support depot logistics, keep cleaning areas organized, move vehicles, and assist with operational needs during peak periods.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in hospitality, warehousing, housekeeping, or operations is an advantage.
  • German language skills are an advantage.
