- At least 7 years of experience as an SAP Customer Relationship Management Technical Consultant.
- Proficiency in Advanced Business Application Programming and Customer Relationship Management Web User Interface customization.
- Experience with integration techniques including Simple Object Access Protocol, Representational State Transfer, and SAP Process Integration/Process Orchestration.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Experience with SAP Customer Relationship Management data migration and testing is desirable but not required.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Design, develop, and customize SAP Customer Relationship Management components, including Web User Interface, Customer Relationship Management Middleware, and SAP Cloud Platform Integration.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions.
- Implement and support Customer Relationship Management enhancements, including workflows, business roles, and user-interface modifications.
- Perform system configuration, data migration, and integration with other SAP and non-SAP systems.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues related to SAP Customer Relationship Management.
- Collaborate with functional consultants and business users to deliver end-to-end Customer Relationship Management solutions.
- Provide documentation and training to end users and technical teams.
- Experience with SAP Customer Relationship Management data migration and testing.
