Requirements
  • Currently studying a bachelor's degree in hospitality, finance, or a related field.
  • Ability to sign a six-month agreement with the school, preferably.
  • Fluency in English or Spanish.
  • Previous hotel knowledge and experience in operational departments is valuable.
Responsibilities
  • Support verifying that the PMS daily city ledger, guest ledger, and advance deposit ledger balances reconcile to the previous month's closing balance plus current-month-to-date PMS net changes.
  • Support preparing the daily revenue journal and ensure revenues are classified to the correct general ledger code.
  • Update the cashier contracts list and prepare month-end reconciliations for cash accounts.
  • Verify all credit card billings against the daily business report and prepare credit card and bank reconciliation sheets.
